This summer, Montenegro will once again host one of the region’s most important events in the field of technology and innovation – the Game Changer Montenegro Festival, taking place from July 3 to 5 in Tivat.

Following an extremely successful inaugural edition, the festival returns with a richer program and broader regional significance. Over the course of three days, Tivat will welcome technology industry leaders from more than 15 countries, innovators, representatives of scientific institutions, the startup community, creatives, as well as all citizens and visitors eager to experience a blend of cutting-edge technology, knowledge, and entertainment.

Game Changer Montenegro Awards – Honoring Technological Excellence in the Region

A key moment of the festival will be the Game Changer Montenegro Awards ceremony, which recognizes and honors the most outstanding tech companies from Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia. The awards will be presented in several categories, highlighting innovation, positive societal impact, and contributions to the development of the digital economy across the Western Balkans.

A Tech Festival Open to All – A Fusion of Education, Innovation, and Fun

The festival will be held in the open-air public space of Pine promenade in Tivat, featuring a vibrant program that is free and open to all residents and visitors of Montenegro. Attendees will have the chance to explore new technological innovations – from video games inspired by the Bay of Kotor, to interactive presentations and outdoor workshops. Numerous festival partners will provide prizes, surprises, and engaging content for all generations.

Two-Day International Tech Conference – A Meeting of Minds from Europe and Beyond

A special segment of the festival will be the two-day international tech conference, bringing together leading experts in the fields of artificial intelligence, e-commerce, travel tech, startup funding, and creative industries. Through keynote lectures and panel discussions, the latest technologies and trends shaping the future of modern business and everyday life will be presented.

Conference participants will come from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Hong Kong, North Macedonia, and Switzerland, giving the event a truly international character.

We are also proud to announce the participation of the Max Planck Institute, Germany’s leading scientific institution, whose 33 researchers are Nobel Prize laureates. Their presence underscores the seriousness and scientific relevance of the festival.
